October Favourites 2016

all-copy

I thought it was high time to write another favourites post as it has been awhile since the last! My October 2016 favourites range from a brand I hadn’t heard about before called Daily Concepts, my all-time favourite nail polish brand Zoya, Esthetic and of course the brand that can never be missing on one of my favourites lists Estée Lauder. I’d like to start off with the brand I hadn’t known up until a couple of weeks ago called Daily Concepts.

Daily Concepts creates luxurious and natural bath products such as the Stretch Wash Cloth and the Konjac Sponge that I got to try out.

The Stretch Wash Cloth is an amazing product as it expands three times its size to reach hard to reach areas of your body. I love using it especially to clean my back as that is usually a hard area to reach with a normal loofah. One thing that always annoys me with towels, toothbrushes, etc. is that I never know when to replace them. That’s why this cloth comes with a label that fades when it’s time to replace it. Isn’t that amazing! 🙂

Daily Concept made a video about the Stretch Wash Cloth so why don’t you just see for yourself how brilliant it is.

Besides the Wash Cloth I also tried the Konjac Sponge. You might be wondering what Konjac is. 🙂 It’s a traditional Japanese jelly-like food, made from a kind of potato called “Konnyaku potato”. Konjac has been traditionally used in Japan as a beauty treatment for a long time due to its properties. The Konjac sponge is highly absorbent in both water and oils and is excellent for a thorough cleansing. It also has great function to break down skins dirt and balance pH. Besides being a high quality, natural, vegan, preservative free and environmentally friendly product it has another great little trick up it’s sleeve. The sponge and the cloth both come in a functional packaging that includes a suction cup so you can just hang them up in the shower!

As I am sure you know by now I am a total sucker for anything that smells heavenly. That’s why the two limited edition Esthetic products from Migros made it into this post. Esthetic has brought out the limited edition Asia Bloom Body Sorbet and the Amazon Forest Shower Gel who’s scents take you far far away to the wild gardens of the Amazon rainforest or mythical and colourful Asia. The Body Sorbet feels so smooth and luxurious and simply melts into your skin. The Shower Gel foams up slightly and cleanses deeply leaving you surrounded in an amazing fragrance. estee-lauder-copy

I honestly don’t think I’ll ever be able to have too many Estée Lauder products! Once again they convinced me of how amazing they are with their new Revitalising Supreme + Global Anti-Aging-Creme and the Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Creme.

The Revitalising Supreme + Global Anti-Aging-Creme is the key to younger-looking skin. With the exclusive RevitaKey™ Technology featuring exclusive Moringa Extract, this silky-soft, deeply nourishing multi-action creme encourages skin’s natural power to amplify collagen and elastin. This makes lines and wrinkles look dramatically reduced and makes your skin spring back with new bounce, glow and elasticity. I personally love to apply it all over the face and neck in the morning and evening leaving my skin feeling nourished and rejuvenated.

The Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Regenerating Youth Creme is the secret to infinite beauty. This rich creme is infused with exclusive Floralixir™ Dew and powerful Ultimate Lift technologies to make the skin look remarkably more lifted, firmer and strengthened to help resist future signs of aging. Again all you need to do is apply it once in the morning and once in the evening.
