Kiko Milano Asian Touch Capsule Collection

In celebration of their 20th anniversary Kiko Milano is releasing seven Capsule Collections in 2017. The fifth of which has just been released and which is called Asian Touch. If you’d like to check out my first post on the Capsule Collections which was on the Less Is Better Collection then you can read it hereThe limited edition Asian Touch Collection was designed by Kiko Milano and Isa Arfen and is inspired by asian beauty, their antique beauty rituals, attention for detail as well as the art of calligraphy. The main focus in this collection is on bright red lips and the shape of the eyes. As you can tell by the packaging later on the idea behind it was to create a simple, classic and feminin design with the highlight being the cute black satin makeup pouch which reminds of a kimono.Besides the gorgeous pouch one other highlight is the Perfecting Sheet Face Mask which is made out of 100% bamboo extract to perfect your skin. The Asian Touch Silicone Sponge can be used to apply foundation, rouge and highlighters. One side of the sponge is made of silicone which means the product won’t be absorbed while applying. The other side is a classic sponge with which you can perfectly work the makeup into your skin.To create that typical asian eye makeup Kiko has created this Eye Pencil in the shade 03 Matita Occhi in a cool chopstick design. Two of the coolest products however are the two Holographic Eyeshadow Palettes in the shades 01 Signature Brown and 02 Graphite Touch. Both palettes contain one lighter shade which when applied has a shimmering holographic effect which makes the eyes pop. In this image you can see me wearing the 01 Signature Brown eyeshadows and the Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade 02 which I’ll talk about in a sec.Firstly though here are the Asian Touch Eyebrow Pencil and the Lip Pencil in the shade 02. Both are super easy to apply and go on very smoothly with high pigmentation. To check your look on the go you can use the handy Asian Touch mirror with a normal and a 2x magnifying glass. Here I’ve switched the dark Liquid Lipstick for the hot red one. Also you can see the high pigmentation of the black eyeliner beautifully. Here are the two Liquid Lipsticks which both have a great hold and stay on for hours. They’re also super opaque and have a magnificent color. The only thing to get used to is that they are super liquid so be careful not to make a mess while applying. Lastly I’d like to point out the stunning jewellery I’m wearing in the photos. The set is from a new company called the Sparkle which has a range of beautiful sets and single pieces. So be sure to check them out!
Also as you can see my brows and lash extensions are totally on point thanks to the Lash Bar in Zürich.
