Do you ever come home from school or work and it’s not quite dinnertime yet but your starving or just craving something to munch on?
The following food posts will be healthy snack recipes for after school/work or whenever you feel like eating something and don’t want to feel bad about finishing the whole bag of chips. We’ve all done it! 😉

You will need:
Your favourite juice (e.g. orange, mango, passionfruit, cherry, grape)
Various fruit of your choice (e.g. berries, mango, plums, kiwi)
Popsicle moulds or cups with spoons/forks
1. Chop up the fruit and place a few in each of the moulds.
2. Top up with fruit juice and either put the lid on or place the spoon/fork in the cup.
3. Put the moulds in the freezer and wait… for a long time! 🙂 (Best over night)
4. Take out of the freezer and hold under some hot water until the Popsicle comes out of the mould nicely.
