I’m always on the lookout for new and improved haircare products. The main reason being because I treat my hair chemically so often and change the color frequently. That doesn’t mean however that not everyone should take extra good care of their hair. Your hair is one of the first things someone will notice so if you want to make a good first impression taking good care of your hair is vital. My go-to place for amazing haircare products is Click & Care as they have a huge and ever-growing range of great products at fabulous prices. Here are some of my recent discoveries.Kérastase has always been on my favourites list. The two Kérastase products I’m going to introduce you to today are from their Reflection line and are called the Bain Chromatique Riche Multi-Protecting Shampoo and the Fondant Chromatique Multi-Protecting Care Conditioner. Both the shampoo and the conditioner are ideal for dyed hair as they protect the color and strengthen the hair. I often dye my hair some funky color such as my current purple look. Unfortunately however these hair colors usually don’t last very long but I’ve found that when I use these two Kérastase products the color stays opaque and richer longer. Another benefit is how smooth and healthy my hair feels although it’s been through such an ordeal of bleaching and colouring. After I’ve freshly dyed my hair it tends to be in a pretty bad shape. For this situation and also if you generally have tired and damaged hair the Olaplex Hair Perfector No 3 is the perfect product. I’d heard so much good about Olaplex and my own experience can only support that. What Olaplex does is proactively remedy damaged hair and make the hair strong and healthy. Additionally Olaplex protects the hair from heat and uv rays. What most amazed me is how quickly Olaplex works. After just one use my hair felt so amazing. The dyed hair looked amazing and not sad and weak as it normally does after a new hair color. The last two items are designed to help maintain my ice blonde hair or whatever other color you’re currently flaunting. The main problem with ice blonde is that it can go yellowish before you actually need to go and bleach the hairline again. So instead of spending tons of money on running to the hair dresser more often than necessary and also damaging my hair more I’ve been opting for Revlon’s Nutri Color Creme in the shade 1002 Platin Weiss and the Revlonissimo 45 Days Ice Blondes Conditioning Shampoo. Whenever I find the hair is looking rather yellow I’ll apply the Nutri Color Creme for three minutes before rinsing it out again. The results are great as the hair is a nice ice blonde again and looks a lot more vibrant and shiny. The 45 Days Ice Blondes Conditioning Shampoo can be used like any normal shampoo with the only difference being that you should let it sit for two minutes before rinsing. The shampoo contains purple parts which get rid of any yellow in your hair and help maintain that beautiful cold blonde shade. In addition the product also cleanses and nourishes the hair as well as protecting it from heat and uv rays. I’ve gotta say that these two Revlon products are the best haircare products I’ve tested so far which help maintain my ice blonde hair color!
