Gabriella Salvete Makeup Look with

Happy Sunday! This week I went on a mini wellness vacation up in the mountains. In the hotel pool my friend and I did an impromptu underwater photoshoot with her underwater camera. Feeling like a mermaid this photo turned out. This in turn inspired me to create a mermaid makeup look with some Gabriella Salvete makeup products which I got from gorgeous palette is called Palette 10 Shades 04 Aqua and is perfect for my mermaid inspired look. If you’re not into the whole aqua theme then there are three other color themes which include Rose, Nude and Grey.
The sparkling palette contains ten long-lasting pressed eyeshadows which have great transfer. You can either apply them dry or wet. Some shades are more glittery than others but they all have a certain amount of dazzle and I wouldn’t characterise any of them as matte. The aqua palette shades range from a perfect white to different water colors and blue tones.¬†To create my mermaid look I started off by highlighting the brow bone and inner corner of the eye with the shimmery white shade. To create a subtle base I applied a fine layer of the silver shade which is fifth from the left. To accentuate the crease and outer corner I used the deep midnight blue fifth from the right. Then with a wet brush I dabbed the ice blue color third form the left onto my eyelid to give it a pop of color. Lastly again with the deep midnight blue I drew along my waterline to give a finishing eyeliner effect.A mermaid look isn’t complete without some opalescent highlighter. For this I used the 3 Highlighting Palette from Gabriella Salvete. The palette contains three highlighting powders in a bronze, golden and lavender shade. I love using highlighters to emphasise certain areas of the face and to give my complexion a healthy glow throughout the day. Here you see swatches of the three shades. For the mermaid look I went with the lavender shade and highlighted the inner corner of my eyes, the brow bones, the cheek bones, my cupid’s bow and down the bridge of my nose.Lastly to finish off the look I used the Gabriella Salvete Transparent Fixing Powder.¬†This powder fixes the makeup in place and gives the skin a flawless, smooth and soft effect. What I like about using a transparent fixing powder is that it doesn’t mess with the tones of the rest of my makeup and because it also keeps the oily shine at bay for a long time. That’s it for my Gabriella Salvete mermaid makeup look which I created with the products I got from

Have a gorgeous Sunday!
