Four months ago I posted about the Pink Box March 2016. A while ago I heard of another subscription box called Boxmopolitan and knew I just had to give it a try. Finally my first Boxmopolitan came and it is the 7th Edition called Chica Boom Chic.
First off I can’t stress enough how much I love unboxing a cute packet. The Boxmopoiltan is wrapped and packed with so much love. Chica Boom Chic is decorated with a little note saying “Stand tall wear a crown be sweet like pineapple” and two straws. The first product to catch my eye was the Happy Booster Bronzer by Physicians Formula. I just can’t get over how sweet this Bronzer is. I just love the design, colour and the way the powder has been pressed. The bronzer itself is a very nice shade and the product goes on smoothly.
Funnily enough I had just thought about buying a sea salt spray for my trip to Australia a few days before my Boxmopolitan arrived. So you can surely imagine my surprise when they sent me the KMS California Hair Play Sea Salt Spray. I can’t wait to try it out when I am Down Under.
Next up is the Margarita Cocktail by Oneglass Wine. I’m not such a fan of margaritas so I think I’ll give this one to someone else to try out. I did however see that Oneglass Wine also sells three other drinks so I might give one of them a go.
One of my favourite products in this month’s box is the Ceramic Pineapple Tray by Bloomingville. I think it’ll look perfect on my vanity table with my favourite rings in it. I always like trying out new perfumes and must say that I am impressed with the Coccobello Eau de Parfum by Heeley. It might even be my Summer perfume of choice for 2016.
As it’s Winter in Australia right now I’ll definitely be needing the colourful Tropical Print Sarong. Naturally a sarong is meant for Summer but I’m sure I’ll be able to wear it as a scarf as well.
The last product is a delicious looking Snackbox Exotic Mix Bio by Freshbox which I will enjoy on the long flight!
What I really liked about the Boxmopolitan subscription box is that apart from the perfume sample I only got full-sized products. I also think that the box is a great value since one box costs 59 CHF or a little less if you get a regular subscription. The value of all the products in the July 2016 box is 117 CHF so it’s definitely worth it’s value. I also found that I can use most products and the ones I can’t make good presents. My favourites were the Ceramic Pineapple Tray and the KMS California Hair Play Sea Salt Spray.
